Ronald Alex Staley
Ronald Alex Staley arrived in Vietnam in August of 1969. He served with Alpha Company, 3/187th. Ronald was killed in action on June 5, 1970 when a booby-trap detonated during a combat operation.
Ronald was from Atlanta, Georgia and was twenty-four years of age. He is buried at Myrtle Hill Cemetery, Hogansville, Georgia. His name is etched on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, Panel 9W, Line 17.
