He served with Charlie Company. Ronald was killed in action on September 17, 1968 when his platoon’s ambush position came under attack during the NVA assault on FSB Pope. Ronald was from Hemlock, Michigan and was twenty-two years of age. He is buried at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Saginaw, Michigan.
