Robert Richard White

Robert Richard White arrived in Vietnam in March of 1968. He served with Alpha Company, 3/187th. Robert took his own life on June 14, 1968 in Hau Nghia Province, shortly after the battalion moved operations to the Cu Chi-Trang Bang area.

Robert was from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and was twenty years of age. He is buried at Presbyterian Church of Falling Springs, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. His name is etched on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, Panel 57W, Line 20.
