He served with 2nd Squad, 2nd Platoon of Delta Company, 3/187th Robert was killed in action on July 2, 1969 during a combat operation. Robert was from Santa Clara, California and was twenty-one years of age. He is buried at Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno, California. His name is etched on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, Panel 21W, Line 48. RIP soldier! Never forget! Never forgotten! Photo obtained from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund - Wall of Faces.
