Randolph Sampson

Randolph Sampson arrived in Vietnam in September of 1968. He served with Alpha Company, 3/187th. Randolph was killed in action in the early morning hours of September 6, 1968 during a cordon operation of Ap Trang Dau.

Randolph was from Jacksonville, Florida and was eighteen years of age. He is buried at Mount Olive Cemetery, Jacksonville, Florida. His name is etched on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, Panel 45W, Line 56.
