Philip Wayne Baughn
Philip Wayne Baughn arrived in Vietnam in December of 1968. He served with Delta Company, 3/187th. Philip was killed in action on October 20, 1969 when a “mule” (vehicle) he was riding on near the Song Bo Railroad Bridge hit a mine.
Philip was from Dayton, Ohio and was twenty-one years of age. He is buried at Calvary Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio. His name is etched on the Vietnam Veterans memorial Wall, Panel 17W, Line 93.
