He served with Delta Company, 3/187th. Michael was killed in action on June 22, 1970 when NVA/VC encountered his night defensive position. Michael was from Rahway, New Jersey and was twenty-one years of age. He is buried at St John the Baptist Orthodox Cemetery, Clark, New Jersey. His name is etched on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, Panel 9W, Line 77. RIP soldier! Never forget! Never forgotten! Photo obtained from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund - Wall of Faces.
