Steven Livengood on left and soldier by name of Miller on the right. Steven was killed in action in September of 1967 outside the village of Ap Trang Dau. Miller's first name is currently unknown. Photo from John Lucius. 10/20/2024 5:29:01 PM No Title Vernon Webb Christian Jr. on far left, back row. Vernon deployed with the Battalion in December of 1967 during Operation Eagle Thrust. Vernon was killed in action on August 20, 1968 when the Battalion had rotated back to Phuoc Vinh Basecamp from Cu Chi for several weeks in August of 1968. Steve Allen Livengood on far right. Steve deployed with the Battalion in December of 1967 during Operation Eagle Thrust. Steve was killed in action in the early morning hours of September 6, 1968 outside the village of Ap Trang Dau. Mike Cochrane in front row on left. Mike served as one of CPT Jenkins RTOs in early September of 1968. He survived the battle on the 5th and 6th of September.
