Mark Phillip Raiford
Mark Phillip Raiford arrived in Vietnam in December of 1969. He served with Charlie Company, 3/187th. Mark was wounded in action on an unknown date due to a booby-trap. He was admitted to a military hospital where he succumbed to his wounds on July 8, 1970.
Mark was from Huntsville, Alabama and was twenty years of age. He is buried at Maple Hill Cemetery, Huntsville, Alabama. His name is etched on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, Panel 9W, Line 132.
