Lucas Herrera Rodriguez
Lucas Herrera Rodriguez arrived in Vietnam in August of 1968. He served with Alpha Company, 3/187th. Lucas was killed in action on October 8, 1968 when the convoy leaving FSB Patton II, heading to Cu Chi was ambushed and hit by RPGs.
Lucas was from Agat, Guam and was nineteen years of age. He is buried at Guam Veterans Cemetery, Piti, Guam. His name is etched on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, Panel 41W, Line 31.
