Larry David Hicks
Larry David Hicks arrived in Vietnam in March of 1970. He served with Charlie Company, 3/187th. Larry was wounded in action on an unknown date when his night defensive position came under attack during a combat operation. Larry was medevac'd from the field and admitted to a military hospital where he succumbed to his wounds on September 24, 1970.
Larry was from St Ann, Missouri and was twenty-two years of age. He is buried at Graceland Cemetery, Decatur, Illinois. His name is etched on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, Panel 7W, Line 87.
