Joseph Vincent Camerlengo
Joseph Vincent Camerlengo arrived in Vietnam in December of 1968. He served with Delta Company, 3/187th. Joseph was killed in action on October 20, 1969 when the “mule” (vehicle) he was riding on struck a mine near the Song Bo Railroad Bridge.
Joseph was from New York, New York and was twenty-one years of age. He is buried in Moravian Cemetery, Staten Island, New York. His name is etched on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, Panel 17W, Line 94.
