He served with Bravo Company, 3/187th. Jordy was killed in action on May 18, 1969 during the assault on Dong Ap Bia/Hamburger Hill Jordy was from Cut Off, Louisiana and was twenty years of age. He is buried at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Cut Off, Louisiana. His name is etched on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, Panel 24W, Line 48. RIP soldier! Never forget! Never forgotten!
