Carl Nicholas Mapes Horner
Carl Nicholas Mapes Horner arrived in Vietnam in March of 1968. He served with Echo Company, Recon Platoon, 3/187th. Carl was killed in action during a combat operation near the village of X. Sa Nho (2).
Carl was from San Bernadino, California and was twenty years of age. He is buried at Mountain View Cemetery, San Bernadino, California. His name is etched on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, Panel 45W, Line 62.
